New offering from New York city’s master of Isolationist Ambient. A continuation of the previously explored realm of the spirit world through "Lucid Intrusion" (Cyclic Law 2018), we’re now being depicted a unique journey of an Outer Body Experience. As the spirit leaves the physical body and is propelled to a parallel universe, it encounters unknown phenomenas and travels obscure and unrecognisable landscapes. An otherworldly journey through an infinite realm, a subconscious terra incognita.
Edition of 500 copies in 4 panel Digisleeve. 10 Tracks. Running Time 62:25
Hard to say if it is as good as or better than Yog-Sothoth (probably the further).
A very good back to shape album when compared to the not so good Shub-Niggurath from last year.
Listening to this feels like following a stranger in the streets who walks into places you would not expect (or want to go).
One detail I highly appreciate in this recording is the background vinyl sound effect. Forto Reibus.
The album sets a cold sound, with a slightly warm undertone as its focus. The eerie drones are are amazing also, as the whole package makes you feel like you're stranded in space, in a place thats devoid of life and where no one can hear you. Its the most amazing thing to listen to with some headphones. Surrealistic H. Sapiens
